At reproduction of materials Medianews in Russian and all other languages observance of following conditions is necessary:

Rules of use of the materials published on a site Medianews
1.General provisions
1.1.The present rules define an order and conditions of use of the materials placed on a site Medianews (further – Agency).
1.2.Use of the materials placed on a site of Agency, is supposed only from the written approval Medianews, except for the cases provided in article 2 of the present rules.
1.3.Use of materials is understood as reproduction, distribution, public display, transfer to an other, the message on a cable, finishing to general data, transfer, processing and other possible ways of use provided by the current legislation of Georgia.
1.4.The present rules extend the action to news agencies, subscribers to information products and services Medianews, official Internet knots of the companies, thematic Internet knots of legal bodies, electronic mass-media, weekly journals, monthly journals and other printing mass media, editions, newspapers, magazines, physical and legal bodies (further Users).

2.Free use
2.1.Use of information text materials of Agency is possible without the written approval and on a gratuitous basis only in blogs and on personal pages of physical persons, taking into account positions 2.3 and 2.4 present sections;
2.2.Use of information text materials of Agency is possible without the written approval and on a gratuitous basis only in following cases
2.2.1 On sites of the charitable organisations and educational institutions of all types;
2.1.3. In public free help, educational, regional geographic electronic resources.
2.3. Use of analytical and author’s materials probably after reception of the written approval of Agency. Concerning the specified materials any alteration and processing is forbidden, their use is possible only at 100 percent maintenance observance. Thus it is necessary to consider that concerning a number of analytical and author’s materials commercial use is provided only.
2.4. In case of use of any text materials the User is obliged to place a hyperlink on a server Medianews, or on that server from which the material is taken.

3.Other kinds of use
3.1.Any use of a photo, graphic, information-graphic, video, audio and other materials placed on sites belonging to Agency and other persons Is forbidden.
3.2.In case of need uses text, a photo, graphic, information-graphic, video, audio and other materials placed on sites the rights on which belong to Agency, Users should wait receptions from Agency of the written permission to use of materials on onerous to a basis. Cost of use of each concrete product will in addition be co-ordinated by the parties. Depending on circumstances the Agency can resolve gratuitous use of materials.
3.3.In case of need uses text, a photo, graphic, information-graphic, video, audio and other materials placed on sites the rights on which belong to the third parties, to Users is necessary to address to legal owners.

4.Duties of each User at the publication of materials
4.1. To make out references to the source of materials
4.1.1. At reproduction in the printing edition the User is obliged to specify a source.
4.1.2. At reproduction in the digest of the press the User is obliged to specify a source.
4.1.3. At reproduction on the Internet the User is obliged to give a hyperlink on a site Medianews, or on that server from which the material is taken.
4.1.4. The reprint of materials of the Agency received from secondary sources, is possible only referring to the primary source.

4.2. To observe accuracy of reproduction
4.2.1. At reproduction of materials processing of their original text is not supposed. Reduction or reconfiguration of parts of a material is supposed, but only in that measure in what it does not lead to distortion of its sense.
4.2.2. At use in digests of the press of materials their processing in that measure in what it leads to distortion of their sense is not supposed.
4.2.3. Responsibility for the distortion of a meaning of the materials which have arisen owing to their inexact reproduction, lies on the User.

4.3. Inclusion in RSS-dispatches of the messages completely duplicating the messages of Agency is forbidden.

ATTENTION! The publication made according to Rules, but without notice Agencies, is considered illegal reproduction.

Medianews have the right to change at any time the present Rules without notice Users.
Any changes will be placed on a site Medianews. A duty of the User is acquaintance with conditions Corrected by site visiting.

Changes come into force at the moment of their publication on a site.
